Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026. These terms govern use of AI Agent Sync, operated by BTS Innovations LLC.
Authorized use
You may scan public resources. You may connect, test, monitor, or remediate non-public systems only when you own them or have explicit authority to do so. You are responsible for the permissions and credentials you provide.
Governed remediation
AI Agent Sync can generate or deliver remediation changes through configured integrations. High-impact actions may require explicit approval. You remain responsible for reviewing changes, maintaining backups, and deciding which actions to authorize.
Verification and scores
Readiness scores and verification results are evidence-based technical assessments, not guarantees of ranking, recommendation, revenue, compatibility with every autonomous agent, or future protocol support.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown by the payment provider until canceled. Plan features, limits, and pricing may change prospectively with notice where required.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access systems without authorization, evade security controls, distribute malware, exfiltrate secrets, interfere with third-party services, or violate applicable law.
Availability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party providers and customer-controlled systems may affect functionality.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement. Enterprise agreements may provide different terms.
